Cirilo Design + Build was founded by Ramon and Tiffany Cirilo with one clear goal: to create a design-build company rooted in experience, integrity, and craftsmanship.

Ramon and Tiffany met over six years ago and built not only a life together, but a blended family grounded in hard work and shared values. Their professional backgrounds span different sides of the construction industry — Ramon with years of experience in large-scale civil construction, and Tiffany with a deep background in residential construction, custom swimming pools, outdoor living, and heavy equipment sales. Together, they bring a unique balance of structure, creativity, and real-world jobsite knowledge to every project.

After years of working within larger organizations, they recognized a gap between how projects were sold and how they were delivered. Cirilo Design + Build was created to bridge that gap — offering homeowners a more transparent, hands-on, and thoughtfully managed building experience from concept through completion.
